Central venue booking service

This website provides a central reservation and booking facility for your organisation. We hold details of all the rooms in your venue, and allow members of the public to reserve these rooms, using their browser. We hold details of all the bookings and reservations taken against each room, at a central point to prevent double bookings.

A select group of officers of your organisation are allowed to view the reservations collected, and if approved, turn them into confirmed bookings. Emails can be sent to the venue offices when a reservation is made prompting them to login and accept the reservation.

Accounting facilities

Certain officers within your organisation can also request the sending of invoices to customers and generate reports from the site, for accounting purposes.
